There are just 54 days between now and President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration, and if this past month has taught us anything, it’s that Donald Trump is ready to make them a living nightmare.

We knew that Trump was going to leave office kicking and screaming -- but with the threat of criminal prosecution hanging over his head, there’s no telling what he’s capable of. And since Republicans have proven, by and large, that they’re prepared to go down with the ship, we have to be ready to protect against the worst.
