Dear Friend,
As we approach the end of the year, we’re reflecting on the incredible progress we’ve made in the face of the most difficult challenge of our time. Thanks to dedicated supporters like you, we’ve been able to provide underserved communities here at home and around the world with essential health services, COVID-19 prevention measures and care, and so much more.
Doctors Without Borders provided wellness support for nursing home staff in Michigan and Texas, as COVID-19 cases were climbing rapidly. We’ve helped deliver lifesaving care in the largest camp for displaced people in Burkina Faso, and vaccinated children against measles in places like Mali and Democratic Republic of Congo. A DOUBLED gift today will help MSF respond at the frontlines of the crises that lie before us.
Here’s a glimpse of the kind of work we’re able to accomplish with your help:
Deploying more mobile health clinics and distributing shelter kits to people with limited access to clean water, food, and health care in remote areas of the Amazon rainforest.
Building on our success in Mali to continue to bring vaccination campaigns to tens of thousands of children.
Calling on governments all over the world to ensure potential COVID-19 vaccines are distributed to people at an affordable, at-cost price.
Continuing to respond to COVID-19 in more than 70 countries around the world.
Let’s continue to make this response possible, Friend.
