John,

White men aren’t being held accountable for Trumpism. As Saadia McConville writes for TIME Magazine:

“If we truly want a world that is anti-racist and free from patriarchal oppression we should be clear about the main problem: white men. To let them off hook, while doubling down on critiques of people of color and women, only serves to uphold white supremacy and patriarchal thinking… This moment we find ourselves in, where too much of the population co-signed on the racism and misogyny of an authoritarian, demands we treat the problem and not the symptom.”

We MUST treat the problem -- and that’s not blaming the 55% of white women who voted for Trump. We need to ensure that the man who has called Kamala Harris a “monster” does not rally his misogynistic base to turn out in droves on January 5.

Georgia turned blue on November 3. We can win back the Senate and stomp out the GOP’s misogyny -- but we’re going to need all hands on deck.

As McConville also writes: “What would truly make this country great is if more people began to vote in the best interests of all, instead of only on the issues that affect them personally.” We’re going to add to the incredible work that activists like Stacey Abrams have done to convince Georgians what’s at stake this election. We’re going to do all we can to guarantee massive Democratic turnout, but right now, we are $1,478 short on the funds we need to do so.
