ATTN: Georgia Democrats Jon Ossoff and Reverend Raphael Warnock are headed to a runoff election on January 5. The results of these races will determine which party controls the Senate and whether Mitch McConnell stays in power.

We want to make sure you saw Mikie's email from last week about the Georgia runoffs -- the 2020 elections aren't over yet.

We defended the House Majority and sent President-elect Joe Biden to the White House. Now, we need to flip the Senate, and Jon Ossoff and Rev. Raphael Warnock are heading into runoff elections in Georgia this January that will determine control of the Majority.

If you missed it before, please take a minute to read Mikie's email about the runoffs and then click here to split a contribution between Jon and Raphael's campaigns and Mikie's →

Thanks,

Team Mikie

AP: "U.S. Senate control to be decided by January runoffs in Georgia"
Chip in to help Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock flip the Senate →

This is important -- control of the Senate will come down to two runoff elections in Georgia.

Jon Ossoff and Rev. Raphael Warnock's races will determine whether Majority Leader Mitch McConnell retains power in the Senate, and that's a fight we need to win, because McConnell has blocked hundreds of measures passed by my colleagues and I in the House, including:

Further COVID-19 relief for American families
A measure that would lower the cost of life-saving prescription drugs
A plan that would strengthen background checks and prevent gun violence
My tax relief measure that would undo harm done by the SALT deduction cap

Jon and Raphael's runoffs are on January 5th, and early polls show their races are neck and neck. If you can, will you split a contribution between their campaigns and mine today?

Jon and Raphael are committed to getting the Senate back to work for American families.

Jon grew up in Atlanta and is a journalist and small business owner He is committed to fighting for affordable health care and defending Medicare and Social Security.

Raphael grew up in Savannah and serves as the senior pastor at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s former church. Now, he's running to become the first Black senator to represent Georgia and fight to improve access to health care and protect our voting rights and democratic values.

Georgia saw record turnout for the general election. We need to repeat that success in January, but first, we need to send Jon and Raphael the resources to connect with voters right now -- not later. If you can, please split a contribution between Jon and Raphael's campaigns and mine today.

Thank you for all you do,

Mikie
