It is my great pleasure to share the news that Amanda Coulombe has been promoted to President of NGP VAN. As many of you know, Amanda is a baller. Under her leadership, NGP VAN clients will be living the dream. Amanda gets shit done, and is very strategic and great to work with. She’ll be a great partner for you.
Amanda embodies the values of our community, as an organizer’s organizer. Her campaign stints include running GOTV for Senator Warren’s Senate race, garnering the highest vote total in Massachusetts history. For the last few years, Amanda has run the “VAN” portion of the business, including pivoting our roadmap in March to put our new products like Virtual Phone Bank Connect that met the moment.
She also has managed the evolution of Innovation Platform, which has facilitated the growth of a progressive tech ecosystem of hundreds of other products, by letting them connect with our APIs for free; over a billion API calls were made this year alone. Amanda also launched and manages our Innovation Fund, which provided $30k grants last year to organizations like the NAACP to assist innovation in the progressive community.
It has been the honor of a lifetime to lead the company’s support of our campaign clients for the last 13 years, and I will continue to support Amanda and try to be useful when called upon.
