But the fact is that no matter who’s in office, the National Women’s Law Center is not going to let up in the fight for gender justice—and there is still so much to be done.

The election didn’t change the fact that essential workers, who are disproportionately Black women and Latinas, are risking their lives in the pandemic without adequate safety equipment or pay. Abortion access is still under threat in dozens of states, and those state-level fights aren’t going away after the inauguration.
