We have bad news. CNN has reported that Republican candidates in Georgia hold a $28 million ad advantage over Democrats Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff in the Senate runoff races.

These two races in Georgia will determine whether we take back control of the Senate, and therefore whether Joe Biden has any chance of enacting progressive legislation in office. Mitch McConnell has already flat-out admitted he’ll continue letting progressive legislation like climate action and affordable health care die in his Senate: “It is true. They’ve been on full left-wing parade over there, trotting out all of their left-wing solutions … They’re right. We're not going to pass those.”

We can’t afford to lose.

The good news is that we’ve already won in Georgia. As The New York Times reports, “Democrats have made concerted efforts to energize and turn out their voters” in the state -- we just need to do it again by building on the powerful grassroots work that Stacey Abrams and other Democratic leaders have laid out.

These races are going to be extremely tight, friend. And right now we don’t have the funds we need to turn out as many Democrats as possible in Georgia and support Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff as they fight off the GOP’s relentless smear ads.
