o announce executive action to add the question, the administration is look=
ing to other ways. Attorney General Bill Barr said that the amount of time =

U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals held a hearing this week on Obamacare to disc=
uss putting the final nail in its coffin. The court, while it hasn=E2=80=99=
t made a ruling yet, plans to rule on its constitutionality. After Congress=
in 2017 repealed the controversial individual mandate, there have been sev=
eral states that have challenged the law=E2=80=99s constitutionality. Requi=
ring Americans to purchase health insurance is an overreach of congressiona=
l authority, period. Furthermore, there was no clause in the repeal legisla=
tion to preserve portions of the Affordable Care Act apart from the individ=
ual mandate. This means the law now fails to meet even the fabricated opini=
on laid out by Chief Justice John Roberts in his debacle of a decision in 2=

Tea Party Patriots had the opportunity this week to attend President Trump’s Social Media Summit at the White House. Kevin Mooneyhan of Tea Party Patriots Action was invited to a special private meeting prior to the summit, as well as the summit itself.
