We have fewer than 11 years to prevent climate chaos.1 The only pathway forward is to stand up to the fossil fuel industry, Big Ag and multinational corporations.
We need bold, uncompromised solutions to address the climate crisis, like:
Halting all new fossil fuel development: This means banning fracking everywhere, ending buildouts of pipelines and other fossil fuel infrastructure, and stopping the export of crude oil and natural gas.
Setting an aggressive timeline for a shift to 100% clean, renewable energy by 2030: This means upgrading the energy efficiency of our nation’s buildings, implementing pro-labor policies to ensure green jobs are worker- and union-friendly, and funding transition programs for fossil fuel workers.
Transitioning away from corporate agriculture: This means banning factory farming and breaking up mega-agriculture corporations.2
Let’s take our voices to the streets tomorrow demanding bold solutions to fight the climate crisis. This is a fight we must win because this planet is the only one we get.
Onward together,
