John,
In this week’s update, (1) the Dow Jones hits a major milestone, (2) the US Supreme Court strikes down NY’s restrictions on worship, and (3) a NY-1 race update. The Dow Jones Breaks a Record The Supreme Court Pushes Back The Supreme Court made the right decision last week striking down New York’s arbitrary limit of 25 and in some cases even 10 people who can attend religious services. Liquor stores are essential, but houses of worship aren’t and should be limited? That logic makes no sense and is an unconstitutional policy. Justice Gorsuch did a good job pointing this out in his written opinion for the case.

We are up by about 60,000 votes with about 60,000 ballots left to be counted. While every legal ballot will be counted regardless, the AP refuses to call this race despite our massive lead and Goroff refuses to concede despite her insurmountable deficit. I gave an update on the vote counting this past weekend with Pete Hegseth on Fox & Friends.
