We believe that access to clean and safe drinking water is a human right, but right now, hundreds of thousands of Americans get their drinking water through pipes made with toxic lead.

When the lead leaches into the water in homes, we can be poisoned if the water is untreated.

We've seen it in Flint, MI, Washington, D.C., and now, Newark, NJ. The high levels of lead are known to cause serious health problems, but still, our government has neglected to act quickly to fix the issue that's becoming a problem across the country.
