Friend,

News broke yesterday that the immigration raids we heard about in late June could start sometime this weekend.

This information is subject to change, but here’s what we know from the most recent reports:

- Raids may take place in Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Newark, San Francisco, Washington D.C., and possibly elsewhere.
- The raids could begin as early as tomorrow and take place over multiple days.
- Authorities may detain immigrants on the scene even if they are not the targets of the raids.

If you think you could be affected by a raid, remain calm and stay empowered by knowing your rights. Click here for more information. ([link removed] )

If you are unlikely to be personally affected by one of the raids, it is critically important we spread the word to anyone who could be impacted, and review the Know Your Rights information. Share this information right away. ([link removed] )

Thank you for helping to spread the word. Stay empowered by staying informed.

Friend,

URGENT: On June 18th, President Trump made a statement about potential large-scale deportation raids in the coming months. New reporting suggests these raids may begin as early as this Sunday morning, before dawn.

It is important to stay informed, remain calm, and stay empowered by knowing your rights.

Informed Immigrant has gathered information from press reports and advocates that can help anyone who’s worried prepare. Do your part to help immigrant families protect themselves by sharing this information with those you know now.

Check out the information we’ve gathered on this weekend’s potential deportation raids here, then share it with as many people as you can. ([link removed] )

Remember: everyone in the U.S. has certain rights guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution, regardless of their immigration status.

If you and your loved ones find yourselves affected by a raid, you can protect yourselves. Here are four key steps to remember, from the Immigration Legal Resource Center’s Red Card:

- YOU DO NOT HAVE TO OPEN THE DOOR if an immigration agent is knocking on the door. If they have a judicial warrant to enter, they will not need your permission.
- YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS from an immigration agent if they try to talk to you. You have the right to remain silent. If you do answer, do not lie.
- DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING without first speaking to a lawyer. You have the right to speak with a lawyer.
- If you are outside of your home, ask the agent if you are free to leave and if they say yes, leave calmly.

Right now, those who may be targeted by these ICE raids need your help to make sure they get this vital information about how to protect themselves and their loved ones. Help spread the word now. ([link removed] )

Thank you for standing up for immigrants and their families today,
