Even though the pandemic has thrown off our sense of timing, it’s almost December -- and the high-stakes NYC primary elections for Mayor, Comptroller, and City Council are in less than seven months.
The truth is that we only have a few short months to build a citywide, people-powered campaign capable of competing with multiple well-funded opponents. And right now, we’re more than $4,700 short of our end-of-month goal.

We’re the only campaign in the race for NYC Comptroller that isn’t taking a dime from for-profit developers, corporate lobbyists, or police unions.
But let’s be honest -- they aren’t exactly rushing to give us those donations either!
That’s because instead of cozying up to the wealthiest and most powerful forces in New York, we’ve stood up to them:
• We're taking on massive app companies like Doordash and Grubhub, whose delivery workers aren’t guaranteed paid sick leave during a pandemic.
• We're standing up to corporations like Amazon for an Essential Workers Bill of Rights because cheering and banging pots and pans is not enough.
• And during the largest mobilization for racial justice since the '60s, we said NO to Mayor de Blasio’s budget that failed to meet the moment and hold the NYPD accountable.
The status quo isn’t working for millions of New Yorkers -- and we need citywide leaders who account for their values and fight for the public good, not short-term profit.
