This is urgent.
I just got off the phone with our finance director, Lexie -- turns out we're still $30,917 short of our recount fund goal.
This means we might run out of funds to cover a recount if necessary -- or pay for the incredible legal team we're relying on to fight for every last vote.
I know we've been emailing you a lot lately, John, but that's because there's so much on the line. This is one of the closest House races in the country -- the ONLY one where we could unseat a Republican incumbent -- and we need to be ready for a recount.
We need to raise that last $30,917 as soon as possible to hit our recount fund goal of $225,000.
