John,

The election hangs in the balance. The Constitution hangs in the balance.

Midnight tomorrow is a critical deadline in our fight for the Constitution.

There are lawsuits, recounts, and we learn about new voter irregularities every day. We cannot allow shenanigans in how these votes are counted.

Your right to vote is the foundation of our constitutional system of self-governance. Every LEGAL vote must count.

Now we must defend that right.

We often say that elections have consequences, and that is no more true than now. But we also must ensure the integrity of the election.

Our legal team is already hard at work, preparing to protect the integrity of this critical election.

We’re dedicated to protecting your constitutional right to vote, and we’re prepared – if necessary – to file in court to protect the integrity of this election and the Constitution. We were involved in the landmark Bush v. Gore Supreme Court case, and we’re ready to take action again.

But we face a major challenge. Each of our monumental cases requires immense resources.

We can’t defend the Constitution without YOU. We urgently need your vital support before tomorrow's MIDNIGHT Matching Challenge Deadline. We’re extremely close.

Have your Tax-Deductible gift DOUBLED. $20 becomes $40; $40 becomes $80 in defense of the Constitution and election integrity.
