LAST WEEK: Sen. Ted Cruz ignored the health and safety of the essential workers around him by undermining the importance of wearing a mask.

THIS WEEK: He's ignoring the pandemic raging around him and sharing memes on Twitter like this, that actively go against CDC recommendations:

It's immature, incorrect, and dangerous.

It's unconscionable -- Cruz's home state of Texas, like states across the country, is experiencing a surge of COVID-19 cases and Texans are lining up at food banks.

People are suffering, and Cruz is undermining public health.

No one is asking Cruz to give up Thanksgiving, Christmas, or his turkey. They're asking him to celebrate safely and responsibly in order to protect American lives.
