Congressional terms are just two years long. That means almost as soon as you’re elected, it’s time to start campaigning again.

Thankfully, I have a solid team in place to handle things on the campaign side so that I can focus my attention on my work in Congress.

But my team reached out yesterday to let you know that we’re behind on our November end-of-month fundraising goal -- and we’re still $2,540 short.

With Republicans projected to take back the House in the next election, we can’t afford to let our campaign go dark. Will you chip in $25 or whatever you can to help us meet our monthly expenses and keep our campaign operation running smoothly?

This is one of the few truly battleground districts in the nation. That means national Republicans will be looking here first when laying out their roadmap to take back the House.

But we have a strong advantage heading into the next cycle: a fully-functional campaign operation that gives us a head start.
