We aren't just a campaign, team -- we're part of a bigger movement that's working to support and empower our communities, elect progressive candidates up and down the ballot, and build an America that works for every person.
Republicans and candidates backed by major corporations tried to stand in our way in this past election -- so we built massive organizing infrastructure that led to record turnout in the Fifth District and helped put Joe Biden over the top in Minnesota. Our job now is to maintain and improve it, in order to keep fighting against a Republican Party that will still be corrupt and obstinate even after Donald Trump is out of the White House and to hold the Biden administration accountable to the progressive goals we're fighting for.
To ensure we can do that going into the start of the new administration, we've set a $25,000 end-of-month goal -- our first big target since the election. Will you donate $5 for the first time to help us hit the mark and power our organizing efforts? [link removed]
Our movement faces no shortage of opposition. Republicans call us "radical" and centrists say we need to "get back to the basics." But what is more basic than making sure everyone has a real shot at the American dream by guaranteeing necessities like healthcare, clean air and water, and housing? That's the future we're organizing for, and we can do it together if each of us steps up however we can, whenever we can.
If you're able, chip in $5 toward our $25,000 end-of-month goal to make sure we have the resources to protect and expand on our progress. [link removed]
