to come together and do great things?
Dear Friend,
The true heart of the holiday comes front and center this Tuesday: doing good for others. As a friend of VOA, I know you care about doing good in your community. And we are so glad you’re with us!
At VOA, we’re on the front lines of support for people with few places left to turn for help. This year has been extra tough, with the increased demand for our services from Covid-19. But when a community pulls together, hope and help will save the day for neighbors in need—for children, seniors, and families fighting to survive.

I hope you can be as generous as possible now with a gift to help these families. Your donation is guaranteed to go far: –$29 can feed a hungry child with hot meals that nourish and give hope –$64 can provide mental health support for a struggling veteran to regain their self-worth –$168 can house a low-income, elderly couple to feel safe again –$720 can help fund a relapse-prevention program that restores peace and normalcy
As we work together, no crisis, not even Covid-19, is a match for the determination and strength of a community that cares for its own.
Thank you for your generous heart and whatever gift you can afford. Every dollar makes a difference.
With sincere gratitude, Mike King President and CEO, Volunteers of America
P.S. You don’t have to wait till Giving Tuesday! Make a donation to VOA now so that proven programs and emergency support reach neighbors in your community.
