John,

Today is Small Business Saturday!
Get a jump start on your holiday gift list while also supporting the permanent protection of the Boundary Waters. Small Business Saturday is a day dedicated to supporting small businesses and communities, and it's especially important this year as many small businesses have been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic.

We have an amazing list of business partners that are committed to the fight to save the Boundary Waters. These shops below have generously opted to donate a portion of the sales of a particular item or full inventory to Save the Boundary Waters or they are exceptional Boundary Waters Business Coalition partners.

Sun & Slope [[link removed]] is a retail store specializing in clothing and accessories for active people of all ages. The co-founders recently went on a 3-generations Boundary Waters trip in August that started at Moose Lake, went through Knife Lake, and looped back around to end up at Snowbank.

Co-founder, Jim McWethy says: “It sure is fun, and even life-altering, to get the new generation off the grid and onto and into the water -- paddling, fishing, cooking, portaging, and pushing their boundaries a bit. They have gained a new appreciation for our wilderness, our earth, and life itself.” Visit the Sun & Slope website here. [[link removed]]
