Boost young advocates’ voices to help prevent gun violence.

Dear John ,
Young people are now more likely to die from gunfire than car accidents in the United States —and young Black men face an exponentially higher risk of being the victim of a gun murder compared to their peers.
But young and diverse voices are regularly silenced or ignored when it comes to solutions for gun violence.
That’s why for the last six years, we have been working in the field to foster a national platform for young people and communities of color—connecting them across the country, and providing them with the tools they need to confidently speak up and share their ideas for a better future.
But we can’t do this without your support. Donate today to help with our work, including recruiting, investing in, and launching young advocates into the conversations that they need to be in. [[link removed]]

Our work doesn’t stop at preparing an advocate to speak up. We diligently create networks and foster community between advocates—many of whom have been directly impacted by gun violence—who are fighting for their future. These connections can build into flourishing partnerships and brilliant actions that span the country.
One of the most successful ways that we’ve built a community among advocates is through our #Fight4AFuture National Summit for gun violence prevention and criminal justice reform—specifically designed for advocates 18-35 years old from across the country. This year’s summit will be happening in Washington, D.C. in December.
But flying to a conference 12 states away isn’t affordable for so many young people who are ready and excited to be involved—and our conference isn’t just for people who can afford it.
That’s why we need your help.
Through the generous support of people like you, we can provide travel and lodging for advocates from across the country, invest in their leadership, and connect them with like-minded advocates all around the U.S. [[link removed]]
