Hello John,

Lewis Kaplan, a federal judge in New York, has signaled that journalist E. Jean Carroll’s defamation lawsuit against Donald Trump -- filed after Trump tried to silence her sexual assault allegations against him -- is moving forward despite attempts by the Justice Department to intervene.

Trump puppet Attorney General Bill Barr brazenly argued that Trump was acting within his official duties when he claimed he would never assault Carroll because she was “not my type.”

But Kaplan has had enough of Trump silencing the countless women who have accused him of sexual misconduct. The judge boldly made it clear that “even if he were such an 'employee,' President Trump's allegedly defamatory statements concerning Ms. Carroll would [obviously] not have been within the scope of his employment.”

Over 26 women have bravely come forward to accuse Donald Trump of sexual misconduct. But Trump continues to claim these powerful women are liars despite mounting evidence against him, and has mocked their pain, saying they weren’t attractive enough for him to be interested in. What’s worse, Americans have defended the serial assailant in the White House, claiming that there are two sides to every story. Today, we need to know where YOU stand:

Do you believe the allegations against Donald Trump?
