Friend,
This Thanksgiving, I am thankful for the hard work done by this team in building a better, greener, and more equitable future. And while this year has seen unprecedented pain —
I am hopeful for what’s next.
I am hopeful because you and millions of Americans came together to elect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in historic numbers. It was possible because of the work done by poll workers, organizers, countless volunteers, and voters like you.
And while this holiday season is different, we can still find time to be thankful and appreciate the time with family and friends, safely. Through it all, we must remain socially distant to keep ourselves and others safe if we hope to get COVID-19 back under control. It is on all of us to be cautious and protect those working on the front lines.
Please make sure to review and follow the CDC guidelines.
No matter how you decide to safely celebrate, please take some time to rest and recover because there is still much to do — starting with the upcoming Senate runoff elections in Georgia. If you’re looking for ways to get involved right now, you can sign up to textbank voters or make a donation to local organizers using the buttons below.
Happy Thanksgiving, from my home to yours.
Together,
Tom
