Hello and Happy Thanksgiving!

There is no doubt that 2020 has been a tough year for many Americans. With political divisiveness, high racial tensions, and a global pandemic, many have struggled through these difficult times.

But despite these challenges, I always find that there is something to be grateful for.

Through the negativity, I've seen acts of kindness and compassion. I've seen communities coming together to help those less fortunate. I've seen inspiration and hope for future generations of young women, particularly with the first woman of color being elected as VP.

This Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for the goodness that I witness every day from the incredible people of our city and our country. Personally, I'm grateful for my friends, my family, and my community members who continue to support one another. And today, I hope that you find a moment to reflect and give thanks for what matters most to you.
