Dear Friend,

Despite the challenges of these times, we have much to be thankful for. We are thankful to essential workers, from farmworkers to medical staff. We are thankful to every person who fought against anti-Black racism and police brutality throughout the summer and fall this year. We are thankful for anyone who voted, volunteered, or wrote letters and made phone calls to encourage voting. At the Young Center, we are especially thankful to all of you for supporting our work and standing with immigrant children. Thank you for making sure children facing deportation are not alone, for reunifying children with their families, for advocating for the rights and best interests of children, and for joining us as we begin to fight for a reimagined immigration system for children. Thank you so much!

Wishing you and your loved ones a happy holiday,

Maria Woltjen,
Executive Director

The Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights works with the most vulnerable unaccompanied and separated immigrant children so their voices are heard and their best interests are protected. We also advocate for an immigration system that treats children as children. To learn more about our work, visit theyoungcenter.org or follow us on social media. Click here to donate.
