The results are in and I'm very pleased to announce the winners of my local business competition are as follows:

- Best Shop - Calladoodles
- Best Hairdresser/Barber - Frank Di Lusso
- Best Pub - The Sun
- Best Newcomer - Ginger Frog

A massive congratulations to the winners and everyone who took part!

Local people clearly recognise the hard work and the amazing contribution independent businesses make to Carshalton & Wallington.

To top it all off, six lucky residents -- that's one for each category -- will win ?50 each to spend at a winning business!

I will be picking the names out of a hat and contacting the winning residents in the next few days.
