From gift ideas to political analysis, we've got it all.
Dear John
I've got a bumper selection of stories for you this month – including some green Christmas gift ideas – so I'll keep this brief.
To start with, here's something I hope you'll find useful – our free selection of festive e-cards.
They're easy to schedule in advance and you can add a donation to help protect people and planet. So even if you can't be with friends and family this year, you can let them know they're in your thoughts.

VICTORY FOR CLEAN AIR
Boris Johnson's 10-point green plan failed to live up to the hype this month. But we are celebrating the decision to end the sale of new petrol and diesel cars and vans by 2030.
The government had previously set a date of 2040 for the ban. But after years of campaigning alongside green organisations and our grassroots network, we're thrilled to see that a more ambitious target has been agreed.
THE PEOPLE VS. ARCTIC OIL
Young Friends of the Earth Norway, Friends of the Earth Norway and their allies took the fight for climate justice to court this month when they challenged the Norwegian government’s licensing of new offshore oil drilling in the Arctic.
The hearing – dubbed The People vs. Artic Oil – has attracted high profile supporters including Greta Thunberg, who said "As a major oil producer and exporter, Norway needs to make the transition away from polluting fossil fuels, and show the way for other fossil-dependent economies."
A decision is expected within the next few months so I'll let you know what happens.

LET'S END FOSSIL FUEL FUNDING ABROAD
The UK government is still pouring billions into climate-wrecking projects abroad – something the Prime Minister's 10-point plan failed to fix.
So this time next week we'll be handing in our petition calling for the government to end this reckless spending.
If you've already added your name, please keep sharing it on Facebook ([link removed]) and Twitter ([link removed]) . The more signatures we collect, the more impact it'll have in Whitehall. And if you haven't signed yet, this is your last chance!

WHAT JOE BIDEN MEANS FOR CLIMATE
With the dust starting to settle after the US election, I'm feeling a sense of relief. Donald Trump is a climate denier. He’s a racist bigot. And in my view his removal from office is a very good thing for the whole globe.
But what could a Joe Biden presidency mean for the climate and transatlantic trade deals? Our Head of Political Affairs Dave Timms takes a look.
