Melanie and I want to wish you a warm, happy, and safe Thanksgiving holiday. This year, like every year, we are deeply grateful for our family and for this community. We are blessed to be part of this southern Brooklyn community that lifts people up when they are down.

In addition to gratitude, family, and good food, this holiday is about giving back. This year, because of the pandemic, many thousands of New Yorkers are struggling with loss or economic hardship.
