On Saturday, workers were seen building the tent structure in the east parking lot at the hospital, between the main campus and Grimes Lodge.

Woman aggressive with police after overdose revival

Paramedics and Belleville police were called to a residence in the area of Catherine Street for an overdose around 5:30 p.m. Saturday evening.
According to police a woman had overdosed on crack cocaine and was unresponsive. Paramedics used naloxone and revived the woman who then became aggressive towards paramedics and police.

Paramedics called in to support COVID-19 response at Brandon personal care home

Paramedics working in the Brandon, Man. area were called in to support the staff at Fairview Personal Care Home last week after a COVID-19 outbreak was declared on the fourth floor.
The added help was called in late in the week following the outbreak, which was announced on Tuesday. As of Sunday, 20 residents and six staff had tested positive for COVID-19 in relation to the outbreak, according to a spokesperson for Shared Health.
