Dear Friend,

This is the season of gratitude, and this year, we at the Alliance are especially grateful.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve – to form a community together with policymakers, service providers, people with lived homelessness experience, and with supporters like you, who strive hard to make homelessness a thing of the past.

We are grateful for the resilience of our community, and for the many recent strides made toward ending homelessness. During a year as unpredictable as this one, the dependability of our allies and friends has meant the world to us, and allowed the Alliance and partner organizations to make incredible progress in understanding and bringing an end to homelessness.

And this year especially, we are grateful for a place to call home - the place that keeps us safe.

Our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness do not have the protection offered by a home. Many of them will spend this season outdoors or in shelters, exposed to the cold and the ongoing pandemic.

This year has been an especially difficult one for people experiencing homelessness. But with help from our community, we can work to make sure they recover. Homelessness remains a crisis, but one we know how to solve.

Your friendship and support make all the difference. We are so grateful to be partnering with you in ending homelessness.

We wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving!
