Happy Thanksgiving! We've been through a lot as a nation this year. From a contentious election cycle to living through a global pandemic, 2020 has been a year we'll remember for the rest of our lives. However, as we pause and reflect on our blessings amid the challenges, there is a lot to be thankful for. We are blessed to live in a country where we can chart our own future and live freely. We are fortunate to be defended by the world's greatest military. Lastly, we have the honor and privilege to call ourselves Americans. As you enjoy this Thanksgiving holiday, I hope you'll take time to count your blessings and remember those in our Armed Forces who are away from their families throughout the holiday season. Also – especially during this year of incredible challenges due to COVID-19, please honor and pray for those suffering from this dangerous virus, and our first responders and medical workers who are putting their lives on the line to help the sick.
