Roxanne and I would like to wish you and your families a very Happy Thanksgiving holiday today!

I am especially thankful that in one of the most important election years in recent memory, patriots like you stood in my corner and Kept Texas Red in the face of all of those who didn’t have our state’s best interests at heart.

For that I am truly grateful, and I hope that all of you get to spend this blessed day in the warm company of family and friends.

The United States of America remains the greatest nation on Earth, with exceptional people and a profound appreciation for freedom unlike anywhere else.

Let’s all be thankful for that as we reflect on our many blessings today!
