Friend,
Thanksgiving is going to look a lot different this year for so many of us. However, the most important part of this holiday hasn't changed.
This season is all about giving thanks for the people in our lives. I'm thankful for our frontline workers — the first responders, nurses, doctors, medical researchers, firefighters, educators, child care workers, and others — who are going to work, day after day, to help us get through this challenging time.
I'm also thankful for you, friend. Thanks to your support and hard work, we're one step closer to building a more perfect union. If we come together and do our part, we will defeat this virus.
However you celebrate Thanksgiving, I hope you take some time to recharge your battery. Then, recommit to this fight and the work ahead.
Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving.
