Dear John,
Throughout its history, the Wilson Center has played a unique role, serving as a bridge between Washington and the world. During a year marked by challenges at home and abroad, your support – and that of our entire Wilson Center community – has been critical. Our fellows have risen to the occasion, pivoting to an exclusively virtual format, and in the process, expanded our programming to reach new, larger audiences around the globe. Above all, we have continued to serve as a critical source of nonpartisan policy research for Congress, administration officials, NGOs, and the private sector.
On behalf of the Wilson Center Board, staff, and fellows, thank you. Our gratitude for your support of our programming inspires all of us to work harder every day.
In the coming months, we will continue to pursue our core mission. Our scholars’ expertise is in even greater demand. We are covering timely issues such as disinformation and democracy, as well as prospects for U.S. foreign policy in Asia, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Russia, Africa, and North America. Our fellows offer real-time analysis of breaking developments through our programming daily.
We have a robust schedule of events through the end of the year, and I look forward to your participation.
Most of all, stay healthy and safe.
Warm regards,
Jane Harman
Director, President, and CEO
