John - Happy Thanksgiving! 

 

Like many things in this unprecedented year, Thanksgiving tables across our state might look a little different today — smaller, and more reserved. 

 

But in Indiana, we still have so much to be thankful for. Thanksgiving is a special time for Hoosiers, and while our gatherings might be smaller this year, the spirit of generosity from Hoosiers has never been larger. 

 

I’m planning on using my family’s quieter Thanksgiving (just me and my wife, Janet, and our dog, Henry) to reflect on what’s most important, and of course, what I am most thankful for in my life — especially my family, Indiana’s first responders and medical professionals working around the clock, and Hoosiers throughout our state who continue to show the compassion and generosity Indiana is known for. 

 

I encourage you to do the same.
