PROBLEM: In just a few days (!) the Richmond VA will renew funds for the federal
government's MOST PAINFUL dog experiment!
BIGGER PROBLEM: Unless you take immediate action, government payout #02002 could be
extended ... for YEARS to come!
Taxpayer, that means 34
more puppies will be FORCED to run on treadmills in heart failure tests!
OPPORTUNITY: The most effective way to end a government experiment is to stop the
