John,

Just this month, we won re-election. As we approach Thanksgiving this year, I’m thinking about the immense gratitude I hold for everyone who made it possible with their hard work and dedication.

WE SHARE A CORE BELIEF: a government can and should work to create opportunity, advance progress, and ensure the health and prosperity of its people.

This year is unlike anything we’ve seen in our lifetimes. Despite the continued struggles, our country came together, energized and engaged, to fight for what they believed in this November.

A SHARED BELIEF IN COMMUNITY, IN HELPING THE MOST VULNERABLE, IN UPLIFTING OUR NEIGHBORS, IN THIS COUNTRY. A continued hope for a more equitable nation, one that lives up to the high ideals it was founded on.

John, I’M THANKFUL TO YOU. Your continued faith in this country and your ongoing support will allow me to continue to fight for every member of our community.

I know you’ll be with us every step of the way as we continue important work in Congress. This is just one more reason I’m grateful for you.
