John,

Though this Thanksgiving may look very different, there is still space for gratitude. We at ISN are grateful for the work of the Ignatian family. We are hopeful for the future and move forward humbled by the support that makes our work for justice possible.

We are grateful for:

The prophetic resilience of young people who bring awareness to important issues;

Check out what these students from St. Louis University are doing to continue to bring awareness to immigration issues and what it's like to be undocumented in the U.S

The ability to create ways for people to come together in community amidst the trials of the pandemic;

"Boundaries of time and distance were of no issue as I spent my evenings talking with new friends from Zimbabwe and Canada and old friends who have been essential to my work for justice for many years. I don’t think the Teach-In missed a beat; the fire burns as strong as ever, despite gathering virtually this year. This work and its people are prophetic and resilient indeed!" – Bri Lazarchik, Gilmour Academy
The opportunity to work toward unity and equality.
