John,
It’s been a rough year, but come Thanksgiving Day, I can assure you of this:
I’ll be thanking God for you. Your support for the work of Shared Hope has saved lives.
Predators are leveraging every possible online channel: mobile apps, social media, chat, email, and websites, via phones, tablets, video game consoles — the list goes on.
The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children shared in July that reports to their CyperTipline were up more than 90% between January and June 2020 over the same period last year.
It is heartbreaking — but it is happening. Which makes our Internet Safety campaign urgently important.
We’ve got to reach more children and families with crucial tools and information about the tactics of traffickers — before it’s too late.
I ask you to give a hopeful and generous Thanksgiving gift to Shared Hope today. Only with the generous support of caring friends like you are we able to fight back — prevent tragedies — and offer new life to survivors, children in America, India, and others in need of protection and help around the world.
Thank you in advance for whatever you can give today. And may your Thanksgiving holiday be blessed!
