This year’s election made it clear: Pennsylvania will remain a key battleground state in determining who our country elects to lead us. Not only that, but in 2022, Democrats MUST win if we’re going to take back the Senate.

 

Mary Gay and our team fought hard to drive massive turnout in southeast Pennsylvania leading up to the November 3 election -- and now, we’re working to create lasting infrastructure for the party. The Philadelphia Inquirer credited voter turnout in the Philadelphia collar counties for our victory this year, and Republicans know that to stop our progress, they’ll need to make up ground in districts like ours.

 

We expect the Republicans to spend whatever it takes to suppress the vote, but together, we can ensure PA-05 remains a Democratic stronghold.

 

Mary Gay is ready to lead the fight to strengthen our infrastructure, but she asked me to check in with you about our budget.

 

We’re building our post-election fund to fuel every strategy we’ll need to run over the coming month -- but right now, our budget is still far too low.

 

As Trump and the far-right build their budgets with billionaire and corporate PAC money, we’re building a grassroots effort to protect our progress on gun safety measures, health care, and climate change.
