I want to say thank you again, John, for everything you do as a member of this grassroots team. Together, we fought to keep this district blue and also take back the White House. There's a lot to celebrate—there's also a lot of work ahead of us.
Politics isn't a seasonal sport, and the fight didn't end on Election Day. Democracy is about staying engaged all year-round. And now's our chance to keep our heads down and get our government and our economy to finally work for everyone—not just the corrupt politicians and their rich friends.
I know that now that you've made your voices heard in this year's important election, you won't stop here.
