IJM launches Trafficking in Persons project in Romania
In partnership with the Romanian government and the U.S. Department of State’s Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (JTIP), IJM Romania recently launched a program combatting trafficking, made possible through a gift of the U.S. Government. This program’s activities will include developing survivor-informed processes and systems within the justice system to deter traffickers and decrease violence.
