I want to share some good news with you:

We won our 36th case against the Trump administration!

We stopped the president from implementing his unlawful reinterpretation of an essential provision of the Medicaid Act to make it harder for in-home caregivers to pay their healthcare premiums and union dues.

This victory protects in-home caregivers, the majority of whom are Black, Indigenous, and women of color, from the Trump administration's illegal attempt to play politics with their paycheck.

These workers are vital to our health and we must continue to fight for them — and other victims of the Trump administration’s dangerous policies — even after he leaves the White House. We will continue to hold them accountable in court. We will continue to win.

President Trump’s time in office is coming to an end, but the legacy of his unlawful policies won’t automatically disappear. I want you to know that my team and I are prepared to continue to rectify the administration's actions in court for as long as it takes.

Starting December 12th, Washington state law requires a mandatory “freeze” on all fundraising for state officials like Bob. This freeze begins one month before the legislature convenes and can last as long as the legislature is in session. As a result, this freeze can last for six months.
