A CLOSER LOOKDrug Importation

This week Florida’s governor formally asked the Department of Health and Human Services to allow the state to import prescription drugs from Canada. In a September blog post, Rachel Sachs reviewed the Trump administration’s final rule, which promised to make importation possible. But, she explained, legal questions about its implementation remain before the courts.
