Dear John,

This young officer is Parker Seale.

And while you may not realize it, your generous support played an important role in Parker’s education.

Soon this U.S. Air Force Academy grad will head to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base to begin his duties as Second Lieutenant.

His ultimate goal is to “have an impact on future military members” by teaching philosophy.

That’s why Parker found ISI’s programs so compelling.

As an Air Force Academy cadet, he led an ISI Society and became an ISI Honors Scholar. ISI, he says, “enabled me to think more fully about my presuppositions and consider differing opinions, ideas, and cultures as I seek to answer the questions of who I am and why I am here.”

ISI created the space for Parker to explore ideas and have conversations he couldn’t find anywhere else.

And now, Parker hopes to share a similar experience with our future military leaders.

Without your generosity, Parker may never have had such a profound experience. You created opportunities where most colleges fail!

Can I count on your generosity again? Would you consider making a tax-deductible donation to ISI today?

Your support is forming thoughtful, principled leaders like Parker who are preserving America’s legacy of liberty. Parker is one of thousands of ISI students who will advance the principles and virtues that make America free and prosperous.

Thank you for all you do. With your help, ISI will continue to influence young leaders like Parker—and the many lives he touches.

Best,

John A. Burtka, IV
President and CEO

P.S. As Parker’s case shows, students need ISI’s help even at the military academies. Will you help us fill the void left by modern higher education?

Yes, I want to support leaders like Parker
