This attack is baseless. Thanks to the Clean Air Act, for over 40 years, California has had the ability to regulate our air to ensure it is cleaner than the federal government's standards.

We've cut over 400,000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions from the atmosphere every year between 1970 and 2010. And that's not all, 13 states follow California's stricter rules, multiplying our impact.
