There's just one week until the Big Give Christmas Challenge–we need you to help our campaign for honesty go further.

We’ve fact checked numerous false claims about vaccines this year, including that the new coronavirus vaccines contain levels of mercury that cause brain damage.

If believed, conspiracy theories like these could stop people from getting themselves vaccinated, and prolong the pandemic.

We're pushing back hard against bad information in this year's Big Give Christmas Challenge, and calling on your help to create a more honest 2021.

Reader, can you help our campaign travel one step further?

Bad information is showing no signs of stopping, and we need your support to make sure the fight against it is stronger than ever next year.

We have an ambitious fundraising target of £53,000 ([link removed]) to protect people across the UK from vaccine conspiracies, bad reporting and inaccuracies in parliament.

From midday to midday 1-8 December, you have a unique opportunity to double your impact. You'll be able to chip in to support our campaign on the Big Give website, and anything you give will be matched by funding from Full Fact's pledgers.

That means if you give £25, £50 will go towards our target–at no extra cost to you.

If you know anyone who has ever considered supporting Full Fact, even in a small way, this will be the best time for them to give.

There's one week to go until the campaign goes live. We'll send you a reminder then with a link to donate. In the meantime, we’d be so grateful if you could make a difference today, and share this email with just one person who agrees that honesty matters.
