JOIN US IN STOPPING PLASTIC POLLUTION

[5]

Dear John,

IT’S ONE WEEK TILL #GIVINGTUESDAY! Will you join our #GivingTuesday
challenge by MAKING A GIFT TO CREATE A WORLD FREE OF PLASTIC POLLUTION [5]?

As an avid home cook, I think about how I can REDUCE MY PLASTIC FOOTPRINT
on a daily basis. Instead of BUYING VEGETABLES IN PLASTIC BAGS, I TRY TO
SHOP MAINLY AT LOCAL FARMERS' MARKETS, and put everything directly into my
own beautiful, reusable, sturdy basket. Just by changing where and how I
buy my produce, I am helping reduce my plastic footprint.

DONATE NOW [5]

I get great new ideas everyday from the Plastic Pollution Coalition
community, DISCOVERING MORE INNOVATIVE, REUSABLE SOLUTIONS, AND FURTHER
CUTTING OUT PLASTIC WASTE FROM MY LIFE.

Just imagine our collective impact if we all used reusable masks, coffee
cups, water bottles, grocery bags, take out containers, and, for women,
reusable menstrual cups. THINK ABOUT HOW MUCH PLASTIC CAN WE KEEP FROM
CHOKING FISH AND TURTLES IN OUR RIVERS AND IN OUR OCEANS.

Please MAKE A #GIVINGTUESDAY GIFT [5], so we can continue to educate,
connect, and advocate to create a more just, equitable world free of
plastic pollution, and its toxic impacts!

Thank YOU for joining me and others around the world to create a single-use
plastic free planet.

With gratitude,

Roshani Kothari
