This is time sensitive.? ? ? ? ? Friend ? we've just received word that for Giving Tuesday, a major donor has put up a $100,000 challenge grant to fund environmental campaigns going into 2021.

Getting this grant would be huge ? it'd mean ramping up our campaigns to block Trump's attacks in his final days in office and our campaigns to make the most of Biden's first 100 days.

But there's a catch. It will only kick in if 2,000 League of Conservation Voters members donate between now and midnight on Giving Tuesday. That is not an easy goal to reach ? this is going to be a stretch.

We need your help ? we're not going to make that goal without you. If everyone reading this email pitched in ? even just $5 ? we'd blow through that goal in minutes. Small donations count the same as big ones ? whatever you can afford helps.

Please ? make a Giving Tuesday contribution to LCV today ? [link removed]

This will be huge. Right now, we're in a knock-down-drag-out fight to block Trump's final attacks on the environment. In the past few weeks alone, we've seen Trump firing scientists, fast-tracking offshore drilling, and gutting environmental protections across federal agencies.

Each of these are fights we can win ? we CAN stop him, but running our campaigns frankly takes resources we don't have right now.

And it doesn't stop when Trump is out of office. The first 100 days of the Biden administration could be the most transformational moment the environmental movement has had in decades ? and we need to be in a position to push ? hard ? for real solutions to the climate crisis.

We won this election thanks to you, friend ? and we did it fair and square. Voters turned out in historic numbers, especially voters of color and young voters across the country.

We voted for a just and equitable future that puts communities ? including Black, Indigenous, and other communities of color, as well as low-wealth communities most impacted by intersectional environmental injustice ? at the center of solutions.

Together we elected an administration with the strongest mandate for climate action and environmental justice in U.S. history. We can't let Trump slash and burn the environment in the final weeks of his term.

The truth is ? this Giving Tuesday grant could be a game changer for us. After months of must-win political fights, we're running on empty. Hitting this goal really matters ? and the ONLY way we can do that is with your help. I really hope you'll pitch in today.

Remember ? gifts of any amount count, even if they're just $5.

Please, donate today, before the Giving Tuesday deadline. [link removed]

We wouldn't be able to do this work without your help, friend. Thank you for your generosity, and everything that you do for the environment.

Sincerely,
