Please join us next Tuesday, December 1, for a Giving Tuesday ([link removed]) that means more to us than ever before. As we’ve shared throughout the year, the pandemic has had a tremendous impact on both epilepsy research and non-profits such as CURE Epilepsy which rely upon your generosity in order to drive our missions.

We remain grateful to you for your support. As we ask you again to donate to CURE Epilepsy on this day of global giving, we have invited our Education Enrichment Fund ([link removed]) (EEF) scholarship recipients to take over our social media and share stories with you that will uplift your spirits and highlight the important role that CURE Epilepsy plays in driving epilepsy research toward a cure.

Here is a sneak peek at next Tuesday’s family friendly lineup, with a more detailed calendar to be shared next week.
* In the morning: In honor of Infantile Spasms Awareness Week (which also begins on December 1^st) hear Dr. Chris Dulla of Tufts University talk about his groundbreaking, CURE Epilepsy funded, infantile spasms research. Dr. Dulla’s interview with EEF Scholar Nolan Wu ([link removed]) will premiere on Facebook.

* In the afternoon: We invite your entire family to join us for a virtual book reading by EEF Scholar Mariah Mayhugh ([link removed]) , author of Mimi: A Story About Absence Seizures. This uplifting children’s story will delight the whole epilepsy community, especially families with children who have been diagnosed with epilepsy.

We hope to “see” you next week on Giving Tuesday. In the meantime, we wish you and your family the very best. We are so thankful for your shared passion, energy and commitment to finding a cure for epilepsy. Please follow us on Instagram ([link removed]) , Facebook ([link removed]) and LinkedIn ([link removed]-) in preparation for a fun, inspiring #GivingTuesday one week from today.
